Key Responsibilities:Assist clients with travel inquiries, booking options, and reservation managementCommunicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging tools in a professional and friendly mannerRecommend and help book travel arrangements including hotels, resorts, cruises, flights, and activitiesManage changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently and accuratelyMaintain updated records of client preferences, bookings, and correspondenceCollaborate with travel advisors and supplier partners to ensure seamless serviceStay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and special promotionsDeliver a client-first experience that builds trust, loyalty, and repeat business
