Key Responsibilities:Assist clients with researching and booking cruise vacationsProvide detailed information about cruise lines, itineraries, pricing, and onboard amenitiesRespond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or online messagingMaintain accurate records of client interactions and booking detailsCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth reservation processes and client satisfactionStay current on cruise industry trends, promotions, and offeringsParticipate in virtual team meetings and training sessions
