This role sits at the intersection of hospitality sales strategy, portfolio revenue management, and corporate account development across a managed hotel network. You will be responsible for driving topline performance across a portfolio of properties by building strong corporate, government, and consortia relationships while aligning closely with on-property leadership teams. Acting as a strategic connector between corporate sales functions and individual hotels, you will help shape revenue strategy, identify market opportunities, and strengthen business performance across multiple segments. The role requires a blend of analytical insight, commercial acumen, and hands-on sales execution in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and revenue leaders to ensure alignment between brand strategy and property-level execution. This is a highly visible position where your work directly impacts occupancy, revenue growth, and long-term client partnerships.
- Drive topline revenue growth across a managed hotel portfolio by partnering with Directors of Sales and Marketing to establish and achieve annual revenue targets across key market segments.
- Develop and execute strategic corporate account and partnership initiatives across business transient, government, consortia, and travel management company channels.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to assess demand trends, competitive positioning, and economic factors influencing revenue performance.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales outreach, client engagement, property tours, and relationship development.
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key corporate clients while identifying evolving needs and opportunities for long-term partnerships.
- Support execution of national sales programs and brand initiatives to increase visibility and market share across the portfolio.
- Ensure accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking using CRM and business intelligence tools.
- Collaborate with property leadership and corporate stakeholders to align commercial strategies and ensure consistent execution.
- Provide regular performance insights and business updates to support strategic decision-making and portfolio optimization.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality sales, with strong exposure to business transient, government, TMC, and consortia markets.
- Proven experience working within upscale or lifestyle hotel environments preferred.
- Strong background in corporate account management and revenue-generating sales strategies.
- Experience using hospitality sales and intelligence tools such as TravelClick, Kalibri Labs, Delphi, Opera, or Tableau is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven and proactive with strong organizational and relationship-building capabilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
