This role is a high-impact, front-line position responsible for generating and qualifying new sales opportunities within a fast-paced SaaS environment focused on education technology. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers, engaging inbound leads while also driving proactive outbound outreach to build a strong and consistent pipeline. The role requires strong communication skills, curiosity, and a results-driven mindset to convert interest into qualified meetings. Working closely with Account Executives and marketing teams, you will help shape early-stage customer relationships and directly influence revenue growth. Success in this position is measured by your ability to consistently create high-quality opportunities and accelerate pipeline development. - Manage inbound lead qualification by responding quickly to website, campaign, webinar, and event-generated prospects, engaging them with tailored messaging and booking discovery meetings for sales teams.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns using multi-channel outreach (email, phone, video, and social media) to identify and engage decision-makers across target markets.
- Build and maintain prospect lists in collaboration with Account Executives and marketing stakeholders, ensuring consistent pipeline development.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking using tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot to ensure data integrity and visibility.
- Drive a high volume of qualified meetings that convert into sales opportunities and contribute directly to revenue generation.
- Support sales execution through coordination of campaigns, events, trade shows, and administrative sales enablement tasks when needed.
- 2–3+ years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or business development; SaaS or education technology experience is a plus.
- Strong “hunter” mindset with demonstrated ability to prospect, engage, and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and/or HubSpot is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume outreach and competing priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and adaptable with a growth-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Comfortable using digital tools and multi-channel outreach strategies including email, phone, and video prospecting.
- Hourly compensation range: $28.37–$31.25, plus variable commission opportunities
