We’re growing, and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC and plumbing dispatcher who knows how to keep both customers and technicians moving efficiently.

• Dispatch and schedule service calls for HVAC and plumbing technicians
• Manage technician routes to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
• Work closely with CSRs and field teams to keep the day running smoothly
• Handle schedule changes, emergency calls, and last-minute adjustments
• Ensure the right tech gets to the right job at the right time
• Keep systems updated with accurate job notes and customer details

• Required: Experience dispatching HVAC and plumbing technicians
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Customer-first mindset
• Tech-savvy (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
• Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to jump in wherever needed

• $18–$23/hour based on experience
• Consistent schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
