This role is a senior client-facing consulting position focused on delivering large-scale digital transformation programs in the social and public services domain. You will play a key role in guiding governments and organizations through complex implementation projects that modernize citizen service delivery. The position combines deep technical expertise with strong advisory and stakeholder management responsibilities. You will work closely with clients, integration partners, and internal teams to design and implement scalable solutions. - Lead and facilitate requirements gathering and fit-gap workshops with client stakeholders, with a focus on technical and non-functional requirements
- Design, configure, and implement platform extensions including workflows, business rules, and system customizations
- Collaborate with clients and integration partners on solution architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and project goals
- Develop, code, and unit test solutions within a J2EE/Java environment using Eclipse-based frameworks
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system performance and functional accuracy against expected outcomes
- Manage source code using version control systems and maintain development best practices
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, supporting their technical and professional development
- 6+ years of experience in technical consulting or enterprise software implementation
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Cúram software or similar social services platforms
- Minimum 3 years of Java/J2EE development experience in enterprise environments
- Solid understanding of relational databases such as DB2, Oracle, or SQL-based systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience working with Cúram products and public sector social programs (healthcare, child welfare, welfare systems, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or IBM Cloud is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to work in client-facing environments and lead technical discussions
- Competitive salary range: 3,155,817.70 – 5,860,804.30 INR (subject to experience and market conditions)
