This role sits at the intersection of revenue strategy and hands-on systems architecture, responsible for shaping and operating the full Go-To-Market technology ecosystem across sales, marketing, and revenue operations. You will act as both a strategic partner to GTM leadership and the senior technical builder ensuring systems directly enable pipeline growth, conversion efficiency, and revenue execution. The environment is fast-moving and highly cross-functional, requiring deep ownership of Salesforce and adjacent GTM tools. You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while actively removing system bottlenecks and driving AI-enabled transformation. This is a “player-coach” role where execution matters as much as strategy, and where your impact is measured by revenue outcomes, not just system performance.
You will own the architecture, performance, and evolution of the GTM technology stack, ensuring systems directly support revenue goals across marketing and sales functions while enabling scalable execution.
- Serve as the primary technical owner of Salesforce and GTM systems, building workflows, fixing routing logic, and resolving technical debt to improve revenue team efficiency.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and analytics leaders to diagnose funnel performance issues, identify bottlenecks, and translate insights into system-level improvements.
- Design and govern the full GTM tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, lead routing, and AI-driven revenue tools.
- Lead AI integration across GTM operations, implementing and optimizing tools that enhance productivity, forecasting accuracy, and engagement intelligence.
- Manage and mentor a team of GTM operations professionals, ensuring strong execution, prioritization, and system ownership across workstreams.
- Ensure high-quality data architecture and governance within core systems to support accurate reporting, forecasting, and automation.
This role requires a blend of technical depth, revenue operations expertise, and leadership capability, with proven ability to connect systems architecture directly to business outcomes.
- 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations within SaaS or B2B environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce administration, configuration, and GTM system architecture.
- Experience managing or integrating GTM technologies such as marketing automation, sales engagement, lead routing, and analytics platforms.
- Proven ability to diagnose funnel inefficiencies and implement system-level fixes that improve conversion and pipeline performance.
- Experience leading or mentoring small to mid-sized operations or systems teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business and technical decisions.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with multiple competing priorities and high ownership expectations.
