In this role, you will lead end-to-end implementation of a global, AI-driven spend management platform for enterprise clients, ensuring successful deployment and adoption across complex procurement and financial environments. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through implementation phases while aligning solutions to their business goals and operational needs. Working closely with internal teams and implementation partners, you will oversee project delivery, manage risks, and ensure smooth go-live execution. This position combines strategic client engagement with hands-on project leadership in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will also contribute to process optimization discussions, helping clients adopt best practices and maximize platform value. With exposure to global customers and large-scale digital transformation initiatives, this role offers strong impact and visibility across enterprise deployments.
- Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycle including mobilization, configuration, deployment, and successful go-live of the platform.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation journey.
- Drive discussions on process optimization, best practices, and solution alignment with customer business needs.
- Manage project delivery activities including timelines, budgets, risk identification, and escalation handling.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and external implementation partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide both functional and technical expertise to tailor platform capabilities to customer requirements.
- Engage with customers on strategic business challenges beyond functional implementation topics.
- Ensure proper resource alignment and governance throughout project execution.
- 8+ years of professional experience in consulting, implementation, or client-facing roles.
- Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in SaaS implementation projects and enterprise software deployments.
- Strong background in project management, including timelines, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
- Experience managing customer escalations and change management processes.
- Familiarity with financial systems and enterprise applications such as Coupa, Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Strong client management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Experience in procurement, accounts payable, or expense management environments is a plus.
