Accountabilities:
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities across AWS-related solutions and services.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while expanding revenue within existing customer accounts.
  • Partner closely with AWS sales and customer success teams to generate leads and strengthen strategic alignment.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations to uncover customer pain points and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously, from discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and follow-up activity within Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal solution experts and delivery teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to implementation.
  • Consistently exceed quota targets and contribute to broader organizational growth objectives.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of software sales experience, preferably within AWS, cloud contact center, or related technology solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and closing multiple complex enterprise sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS products, services, partner ecosystem, or channel relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition, account growth, and upselling innovative solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and ranking among top performers.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical and business value clearly to internal and external audiences.
  • Strong CRM discipline, preferably with Salesforce experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed for customer meetings and events.
