Remote Sr. Program Manager

Accountabilities- Oversee all aspects of Project Life Cycle as the single accountable party for execution.
- Manage the scope, budget, and schedule for up to 5+ projects.
- Coordinate across projects and manage program-level resources.
- Lead project managers in executing best practices and maintaining standards.
- Monitor multiple projects and track value realization metrics.
- Validate financial forecasts and track project expenses.
- Mentor and coach project management roles across teams.
- Collaborate in developing and implementing project management standards.
- Proven experience in project management and lifecycle.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Effective people management and change management capabilities.
- Experience in finance, budgeting, and reporting.
- Expert-level stakeholder management and engagement.
- Project management certification required (e.g., PMI-PMP, PMI-PgMP).
- 8+ years of project management experience preferred.
