This role is a strategic and hands-on leadership position responsible for shaping and evolving a major web experience that sits at the center of a global digital ecosystem. You will define how the web presence translates brand strategy into engaging, high-performing user journeys that support acquisition, engagement, and conversion goals. Working at the intersection of product, design, engineering, and marketing, you will guide both long-term vision and day-to-day execution of web initiatives. You will also lead and mentor a small team of product managers, helping them prioritize roadmaps, deliver impactful features, and maintain a strong customer-focused mindset. This position requires balancing strategic thinking with execution excellence, ensuring the web platform continuously improves through experimentation and data-driven insights. It is a high-visibility role with direct influence on digital experience and business outcomes at scale.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead product strategy and execution for web experiences while managing a team and driving cross-functional alignment across marketing and product functions.

  • Manage and mentor a team of product managers and producers, supporting their development and delivery effectiveness.
  • Translate high-level product and brand strategy into actionable web roadmaps and prioritized initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of web experience improvements across design, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals, requirements, and success metrics for web initiatives.
  • Drive optimization of user journeys through experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven insights.
  • Ensure clarity of roadmap priorities, delivery timelines, and communication across teams and leadership.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities and improve engagement, conversion, and user experience.
  • Oversee alignment between web initiatives and broader marketing and product strategies.
Requirements

This role requires an experienced product leader with strong expertise in web platforms, digital experiences, and team leadership in cross-functional environments.

  • 7+ years of product management experience focused on web-based products or digital experiences.
  • 2+ years of experience managing or formally leading a team of product managers.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic direction into clear, executable product roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, UX principles, and product development lifecycles.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams in complex environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using experimentation, analytics, and A/B testing to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Webflow, Adobe Experience Manager) is a plus.
  • Experience in SaaS environments or integrated marketing-driven web programs is beneficial.
