About the Role
As a founding member of our GTM team at Avathon, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities across the Avathon Autonomous Operations Platform. You will engage directly with prospective customers, understand their business needs, and articulate how Avathons solutions can deliver transformative outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity to build foundational experience in enterprise technology sales and contribute to the growth of an industry-leading AI company.
You Will
- Conduct outbound and inbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate and qualify leads.
- Understand customer challenges and position Avathons AI solutions to meet their strategic needs.
- Nurture early-stage relationships with senior executives including Chief Supply Chain Officers, CIOs, manufacturing and logistics leaders and schedule qualified meetings.
- Stay current on the Avathon product portfolio, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Maintain accurate prospect and customer records using Hubspot, Salesforce and other internal tools.
- Collaborate closely across the organization to align on evolving technology and customer value proposition.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and activity targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 15 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interest in enterprise technology and AI.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team.
- Motivated, organized, and eager to contribute to a growing company with a fast-paced culture.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.
Location: This role is not remote. Candidates must be based in the Bay Area, CA and are expected to report to our Pleasanton office 5 days a week. Salary:$100k OTE. Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
