  • Draft, review, and organize loan documents, amendments, waiver letters, and collateral release materials.
  • Prepare and file UCC filings, perform lien and litigation searches, and manage corporate entity searches.
  • Support pre-closing and closing activities, including collection of signature pages and preparation of wire transfer requests.
  • Maintain post-closing compliance by tracking documentation, UCC/mortgage filings, and title insurance policies.
  • Organize and maintain client files, track department projects, and manage workflows using online collaboration and document management systems.
  • Assist with special projects, entity formation/dissolution, and internal/external meetings as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, paralegal studies, public administration, or a related field; equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a paralegal or similar role in law firm or corporate setting, with a focus on financial, corporate, or structured finance transactions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, track deadlines, deliverables, and ensure follow-up.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and process-driven work habits in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with accountability, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while building strong cross-team relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and online collaboration/business systems.
  • Familiarity with lending operations, loan documentation, and financial compliance processes preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $99,500 - $110,600, based on experience and internal equity.
  • Up to 20 paid holidays/business closure days, plus 3 floating holidays and flexible time off.
  • Group medical insurance with funded Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), dental and vision coverage.
  • Life insurance and disability plans.
  • Retirement plan with employer contributions (4% non-elective + 2% match).
  • “Work from home” fund and flexible spending accounts for healthcare, dependent care, and commuting.
  • Professional development and learning opportunities.
