Operating at the intersection of advanced technology and creative strategy, you will bring an AI-first mindset to oversee multimillion-dollar investments across Search, Social, and Programmatic channels. This role offers the opportunity to shape go-to-market decisions by translating complex performance data into compelling narratives for executive leadership. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where innovation is the standard and incremental growth is the primary objective. As a key architect of our digital growth, your work will directly sustain the global economy and the environment through smarter infrastructure connections.

Accountabilities:
  • Strategic Leadership & Scaling: You will grow and mentor a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation while building organizational capability across strategy and execution.

  • Full-Funnel Management: You will develop and execute multi-channel paid media programs across Search, Social, Programmatic, and ABM to drive both high-volume transactional sales and long-cycle enterprise pipeline.

  • Performance & ROI Optimization: You will establish comprehensive measurement frameworks to demonstrate incremental growth and ROI, continuously optimizing a multimillion-dollar budget for maximum efficiency.

  • Executive Influence: You will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating complex performance analytics into clear insights that shape investment and global go-to-market decisions.

  • AI & Data Innovation: You will lead the adoption of AI-driven marketing tools and partner cross-functionally to ensure best-in-class attribution, tracking, and data integration across the marketing ecosystem.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Finance teams to align media efforts with broader business goals while managing relationships with external agencies and technology partners.

Requirements:
  • Extensive Leadership Experience: At least 10 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing, with a minimum of 5 to 8 years in senior leadership roles.

  • Global Budget Management: A proven track record of managing large-scale global media budgets across platforms including Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and programmatic ecosystems.

  • B2B & SaaS Expertise: Deep experience navigating long sales cycles and high-value pipeline generation within the enterprise software or high-tech sectors.

  • Technical & Analytical Proficiency: Strong command of advanced attribution models, bid optimization, and experimentation frameworks, with proficiency in tools like GA4, Adobe Analytics, Looker, or Power BI.

  • Strategic Communication: Demonstrated ability to articulate complex digital strategies and performance data to executive-level stakeholders.

  • Builder Mindset: A resourceful and resilient approach to leadership, with a passion for AI innovation and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-growth environments.

Benefits:
  • Competitive Compensation: An attractive salary and comprehensive benefits package commensurate with a world-leading software organization.

  • Inclusive Culture: A strong commitment to belonging and colleague wellbeing through global resource groups and diversity initiatives.

  • Professional Impact: The opportunity to be part of a team advancing the world’s infrastructure for a more sustainable and resilient future.

  • Collaborative Environment: Access to a purpose-built digital marketing engine and a team of "best-in-class" innovative professionals.

  • Remote Flexibility: Ability to work in a modern, remote-capable setting with minimal travel requirements.

  • Career Development: Significant opportunities for growth within an industry-leading company that has a 40-year history of engineering innovation.
