Job description:

We are dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in personal injury cases. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Legal Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Client Follow-Up: Maintain constant and effective communication with clients.

• Institutional Contact: Coordinate with hospitals, police stations, insurance companies, and other institutions related to personal injury cases.

• Case Management: Handle a large number of cases effectively, ensuring each receives proper attention.

• Task Prioritization: Organize and prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency.

• Therapy Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of physical therapy sessions and follow up with clients.

• Handling Sensitive and Confidential Matters: Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Skills:

• One year of legal experience is sufficient. NO US experience is needed, local experience works. B2 English Level.

• Ability to Work Under Pressure: Stay calm and efficient in high-pressure situations.

• Adaptability to Change: Be flexible and able to adapt to new circumstances and procedures.

• Organizational and Multitasking Skills: Be highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent Spoken and Written English: Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both orally and in writing.

• Handling Sensitive and Confidential Matters: Treat confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
