By designing rigorous evaluation studies and applying predictive and statistical modeling, you will translate large-scale healthcare data into actionable insights that improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with clinical, operational, and product teams to influence business strategy and program design. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, healthcare knowledge, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Accountabilities:
  • Lead advanced analytic initiatives to evaluate clinical programs and demonstrate measurable value in cost, quality, and outcomes
  • Design and execute rigorous evaluation approaches including meta-analysis, matched case-control studies, and quasi-experimental designs
  • Develop and apply statistical and predictive models to stratify risk, assess behavior change, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Translate healthcare data into actionable insights and recommendations for clinical, operational, and product leadership
  • Partner with stakeholders across clinical, operations, pharmacy, behavioral health, and product teams to shape analytic strategy
  • Communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences through clear and compelling data storytelling
  • Uphold analytic rigor and ensure methods are robust, reproducible, and aligned with best practices in healthcare analytics
Requirements:
  • Master’s or PhD in biostatistics, epidemiology, health economics, health services research, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, data science, or outcomes research
  • Strong foundation in statistical modeling, evaluation research design, and applied analytics
  • Proficiency in programming or analytic languages such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Experience working with healthcare datasets, including claims, utilization, and diagnostic codes
  • Ability to work independently on complex problems while collaborating effectively in a matrixed environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels
  • Preferred: experience in program evaluation, outcomes research, publications, and a demonstrated growth mindset
