Seeking an Experienced Commercial Roofing Service Estimator/Inspector to join our local team!

Location: Villa Park, IL – In-Office with Regular Job Site Visits

Position Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Estimator to support our service division through roof inspections, service estimating, and proposal development. This is a fast-paced, service-oriented role ideal for someone who is tech-savvy and enjoys working directly with customers.

Requirements

• Commercial roofing experience required, with strong service/repair technical knowledge
• Estimating experience required (commercial roofing preferred; similar commercial construction estimating experience will be considered)
• Comfortable using computers, estimating software, and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with customers
• Residential-only experience will not be considered

Key Responsibilities

• Perform roof inspections and assess service/repair needs
• Prepare accurate estimates, bids, and service proposals
• Develop clear scopes of work and obtain vendor/subcontractor pricing
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure successful execution
• Communicate findings, solutions, and recommendations to customers

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of commercial roofing or related commercial construction experience
• Strong understanding of roofing systems and service methodologies
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
