JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures that all traffic/transportation activities are safe and compliance with local, state, and federal DOT regulations.
• Tracks changes to regulations and modifies organizational policies and procedures in response.
• Maintains accurate travel, inspection, and maintenance records.
• Working with equipment or fleet managers, coordinates scheduling of staff and equipment, accounting for required rest time and maintenance needs.
• Establishes procedures for investigating or responding to incidents or accidents.
• May ensures compliance of transportation service providers or other third-party organizations.
