This role provides a strategic and technical bridge between enterprise customers and internal teams, enabling organizations to maximize their cloud security investments. You will guide customers through onboarding, operationalization, and adoption, ensuring they achieve measurable business outcomes. By combining deep technical knowledge with customer success expertise, you will influence adoption, satisfaction, and growth across a portfolio of accounts. The role requires proactive problem-solving, collaboration across product, engineering, and sales teams, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value. - Serve as the trusted technical advisor for a book of enterprise customers, guiding deployment, configuration, and operationalization of cloud security solutions.
- Drive adoption and ensure customers realize measurable business value, aligning technology use with organizational objectives.
- Actively monitor and communicate emerging cloud security threats and solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Support) to resolve technical challenges and improve customer experience.
- Track customer progress, engagement, and health metrics, providing executive-level reporting and briefings as needed.
- Identify expansion opportunities and assist with renewals to support revenue objectives.
- Mentor associate TAMs and contribute to building scalable customer success processes and documentation.
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, or Architect, ideally in cloud or cloud-security products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of cloud services and architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI), with preferred certifications in cloud solutions or security.
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices, threat models, CNAPP use cases, and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and version control systems.
- Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems concepts and runtime monitoring.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to manage a book of business, drive adoption, and deliver measurable customer outcomes.
- Proficiency using CRM and analytics tools to track customer health and inform strategic actions.
