Systems Engineer at Longevity Holdings – Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer located in or the surrounding area of Cedar Falls, IA, to support and enhance our hybrid infrastructure across multiple office locations and cloud environments. This role is responsible for maintaining physical and cloud-based systems, supporting escalations, and ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our IT environment.

You will play a key role in managing infrastructure across AWS and on-prem systems, while contributing to ongoing improvements in automation, monitoring, and documentation.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

· Maintain and support physical infrastructure across office locations (firewalls, switches, access points, printers, cameras, etc.)

· Manage and support cloud and hybrid environments, including AWS, Active Directory, and Azure/Intune

· Monitor system performance, availability, and alerts; proactively address issues

· Support patching operating systems, third-party applications, and other vulnerability remediation, including reporting to leadership and security teams

· Troubleshoot complex system issues and escalate to vendors when necessary

· Provide level 2 support from other internal teams as necessary

· Develop and utilize scripts (PowerShell or similar) to automate tasks and improve efficiency

· Maintain accurate and consistent system documentation via Jira ticketing system

· Performs other related duties as assigned

Location and Physical Requirements:

· Hybrid, Travel to Cedar Falls, IA office once per week as needed.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:

· 3+ years of related work experience

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

· IT related certificates

· Strong problem-solving skills including advanced research to implement solutions

The base pay range for this role is $72,000-$97,000. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
