Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time Ability to use a computer, keyboard, and standard office software Ability to read and analyze digital and printed materials Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats Occasional standing, walking, or moving between offices/classrooms as needed Ability to lift and carry light materials (e.g., laptop, papers) up to 10 lbs.

Weekdays between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Flexible with time.

Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret data trends Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., sorting, formulas, basic visualization) Familiarity with data analysis tools (R, SPSS, Python, or similar) Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise written summaries Strong academic writing skills, including proper citation (APA style preferred) Ability to read, evaluate, and summarize scholarly research articles Effective time management and ability to work independently Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to collaborate professionally with faculty and research team members Interest in STEM education, learning sciences, psychology, or AI in education
