This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of product, growth, and subscription strategy, focused on shaping how a unified 3D asset ecosystem delivers value to creators worldwide. You will own the end-to-end performance of a subscription business spanning acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion, ensuring both the product experience and its positioning work together to drive measurable growth. Operating at the core of a rapidly evolving creative platform, you will collaborate across product, design, engineering, marketing, and data teams to define how customers understand, adopt, and continue to value the offering. The role requires a strong blend of product intuition, growth expertise, and storytelling ability, with a bias toward experimentation and fast iteration. You will play a central role in unifying multiple brands into a cohesive subscription experience. This is an opportunity to directly influence ARR growth while shaping a category-defining product experience for creative professionals.
- Own the end-to-end performance of the SaaS subscription business, driving growth across conversion, activation, retention, and expansion to increase ARR
- Develop deep customer and segment understanding using qualitative and quantitative insights to identify opportunities, pain points, and value drivers
- Define and own the subscription user experience, ensuring it is cohesive, premium, and consistently valuable across the ecosystem
- Lead product positioning and messaging strategy, shaping how customers perceive and engage with the subscription across product and marketing touchpoints
- Partner cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, finance, and operations to deliver initiatives from concept through launch
- Drive experimentation and continuous improvement across both product experience and value communication to optimize growth outcomes
- Ensure alignment across multiple product lines and stakeholders to maintain a unified subscription strategy and ecosystem
- 7–10+ years of experience in product management, growth, or related roles, with ownership of SaaS, subscription, or marketplace products
- Proven track record of driving measurable business impact, including improvements in conversion, retention, or ARR growth
- Experience owning end-to-end product areas, including definition, delivery with engineering/design, and collaboration with marketing on go-to-market execution
- Strong product judgment and ability to define high-quality, customer-centric experiences where perceived value is critical
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate prototyping, iteration, and product development workflows
- Strong ability to operate in ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and execute in fast-moving environments
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Competitive compensation with an annual salary range of $160,000–$200,000
