This role sits at the intersection of scientific collaboration, international project management, and medical innovation within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. You will be responsible for coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives supporting Medical Affairs activities across Europe, ensuring alignment between scientific partners, internal teams, and external consortia. Acting as a key operational driver, you will manage EU-funded and cross-functional projects that contribute directly to advancements in genomics and patient outcomes. You will work closely with medical, legal, compliance, and clinical stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and regulatory adherence. The role requires strong structure, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives with precision. This is a highly collaborative position where your work directly supports scientific discovery and healthcare innovation at scale.
- You develop and maintain integrated project plans, tracking tools, and reporting dashboards to ensure full visibility across Medical Affairs initiatives.
- You coordinate complex EU-funded and international consortium projects, ensuring alignment across work packages, timelines, and deliverables.
- You organize and facilitate project meetings, including agendas, minutes, action tracking, and escalation of risks or blockers.
- You manage cross-functional collaboration between Medical Affairs, Legal, Compliance, Clinical Research, Marketing, and Market Access teams.
- You oversee consortium governance activities, representing the organization in external project meetings and ensuring accurate communication of updates.
- You monitor project budgets, FTE allocation, and resource utilization to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with funding requirements.
- You ensure proper documentation, audit readiness, and adherence to regulatory and consortium-specific guidelines across all activities.
Requirements:
- You bring proven experience in project management within medical, scientific, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environments.
- You have hands-on experience managing EU-funded projects and a strong understanding of EU grant frameworks and compliance requirements.
- You are highly skilled in coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across international teams and scientific partners.
- You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You are proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar platforms.
- You are fluent in English, with additional proficiency in a major European language such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian considered a strong advantage.
- You demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced priorities.
- You are comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with cross-functional and international teams.
