  • You coordinate complex EU-funded and international consortium projects, ensuring alignment across work packages, timelines, and deliverables.
  • You organize and facilitate project meetings, including agendas, minutes, action tracking, and escalation of risks or blockers.
  • You manage cross-functional collaboration between Medical Affairs, Legal, Compliance, Clinical Research, Marketing, and Market Access teams.
  • You oversee consortium governance activities, representing the organization in external project meetings and ensuring accurate communication of updates.
  • You monitor project budgets, FTE allocation, and resource utilization to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with funding requirements.
  • You ensure proper documentation, audit readiness, and adherence to regulatory and consortium-specific guidelines across all activities.

Requirements:

  • You bring proven experience in project management within medical, scientific, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environments.
  • You have hands-on experience managing EU-funded projects and a strong understanding of EU grant frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • You are highly skilled in coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across international teams and scientific partners.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You are proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar platforms.
  • You are fluent in English, with additional proficiency in a major European language such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian considered a strong advantage.
  • You demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced priorities.
  • You are comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with cross-functional and international teams.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and industry standards.
  • Flexible remote working model across multiple European locations.
  • Comprehensive private medical insurance and wellbeing support programs.
  • Generous paid time off, including flexible vacation and special leave options.
  • Pension plan and employee stock purchase program.
