This role sits at the center of a fast-scaling digital infrastructure marketplace, responsible for shaping and optimizing relationships across AI, cloud, and infrastructure providers. The position combines strategic account leadership with deep technical understanding of modern infrastructure ecosystems, including colocation, GPU-as-a-Service, and bare metal environments. It is highly operational and data-driven, focusing on improving partner performance, marketplace trust, and transaction efficiency. Acting as a key link between partners and internal teams, the role ensures that technical capabilities are accurately translated into scalable marketplace offerings. The environment is fast-paced, startup-driven, and highly collaborative, requiring strong ownership and execution discipline. Accountabilities:
  • Own the full partner lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, readiness, and ongoing performance management across AI and infrastructure providers.
  • Monitor and improve data accuracy, inventory freshness, and SLA compliance to ensure marketplace reliability and trust.
  • Drive partner performance optimization through structured reviews, tiering models, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, engineering, product, and marketing teams to translate technical partner capabilities into scalable marketplace offerings.
  • Lead partner enablement sessions, technical briefings, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to align ecosystem capabilities with customer demand.
  • Develop actionable marketplace intelligence on capacity, power availability, and infrastructure adjacency insights to support sales effectiveness.
  • Track and report key performance indicators across onboarding speed, opportunity routing efficiency, and partner success metrics.
  • Support integration and adoption of platform capabilities that enhance automation and AI-driven marketplace intelligence.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, AI, cloud, hosting, or network-focused sales, operations, or partner management roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital infrastructure ecosystems, including GPU-as-a-Service, colocation, and bare metal environments.
  • Proven experience in partner lifecycle management, including onboarding, enablement, and long-term performance optimization.
  • Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to data quality, SLA compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Ability to translate complex technical infrastructure capabilities into clear, actionable business and marketplace outcomes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging senior executives and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, startup or high-growth environments.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive alignment across technical and commercial teams.
