Accountabilities- Own the GTM architecture end-to-end.
- Streamline signal and event flow from ad platforms to reporting.
- Build and lead a high-caliber engineering team focused on revenue and marketing systems.
- Collaborate with GTM stakeholders to enhance system scalability.
- Establish standards for data governance and privacy workflows.
- Implement monitoring and quality assurance for GTM systems.
- 15+ years in software or data engineering with a focus on GTM systems.
- Proven experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
- Hands-on expertise in designing APIs and data models.
- Demonstrated ability in leading high-impact engineering teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
