In this executive leadership role, you will architect and scale a multi-channel revenue engine for a rapidly expanding leadership community operating across dozens of markets with ambitious national growth plans. You will own the full revenue strategy spanning high-ticket digital sales, field-based relationship selling, and enterprise-level partnership licensing, ensuring each channel operates with clarity, discipline, and high performance. This role blends hands-on deal execution with strategic system building, requiring a leader who can close high-value opportunities personally while designing scalable sales infrastructure. You will work closely with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to align demand generation, pipeline execution, and conversion performance. Own and scale the full revenue function across multiple channels, combining hands-on sales leadership with the design of scalable systems that support national expansion and sustained growth.
- Define and execute the enterprise-wide revenue strategy across digital high-ticket sales, field-based relationship selling, and chapter partnership licensing.
- Personally lead high-value deal closures while establishing repeatable processes and playbooks for scalable sales execution.
- Build, coach, and lead high-performing sales teams, including closers and distributed field sales leaders.
- Develop and manage CRM systems, pipeline visibility, forecasting models, and automated follow-up workflows to ensure operational rigor.
- Partner closely with Marketing to align lead generation, ad spend efficiency, and cost-per-acquisition targets with revenue outcomes.
- Own enterprise pipeline health, conversion metrics, and revenue forecasting across all channels.
- Drive retention, expansion revenue, and long-term member value through structured engagement strategies.
This role requires a highly experienced revenue leader with a proven track record in high-ticket sales, complex deal-making, and building scalable revenue systems across multi-channel environments.
- 10+ years of progressive revenue leadership experience in high-ticket sales, enterprise partnerships, or membership-based businesses.
- Proven experience closing complex, high-value deals ranging from mid-market to enterprise-level transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams in digital and relationship-driven environments.
- Strong expertise in CRM systems and sales operations, including GoHighLevel or similar platforms.
- Experience partnering with marketing teams to optimize lead flow, conversion rates, and CAC efficiency.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution and willingness to lead from the front.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills across executive-level environments.
