Job Description: The Case Manager supports the Team’s Mission, Brand Promise, and Core Values by managing personal injury cases with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. This on-site role provides remote support to the client while preparing case documentation, coordinating with attorneys, and delivering exceptional service to clients throughout the case lifecycle. Responsibilities include maintaining strict confidentiality, managing case information, and ensuring seamless communication between all parties involved.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare medical summaries, claims correspondence, and legal documents for attorney review.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with attorney-client privilege and privacy laws.
• Communicate with clients to gather updated medical treatment details, work status, and other relevant information.
• Notify attorneys of any changes, concerns, or new information affecting the case.
• Assist attorneys with written and verbal communications with clients, adjusters, and medical providers.
• Gather, organize, and process medical records, bills, and case-related documents promptly.
• Support preparation for legal proceedings, including submitting forms and documentation as directed.
• Review and process incoming mail; update case files and inform attorneys of pertinent information.
• Confirm balances and expenses and prepare settlement documents for attorney review.
• Utilize case management software and related tools to efficiently manage caseloads.
• Collaborate with team members and provide backup support when needed (e.g., client meetings, calls).
• Mentor and guide junior team members as requested by leadership.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Skills:
Hard Skills
• Proficiency with case management software, databases, and document-handling systems.
• Strong understanding of legal forms, personal injury procedures, and confidentiality requirements. (US Experience)
• Experience with Personal injury cases (+1 year)
• Strong organizational and data management skills.
