Description:

Program: Highland Springs

Pay: Range starts at $15.25/hour (pay is calculated based on years of related experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9am – 5pm

Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to a team or department and performs clerical, administrative, and customer service duties.

Essential Functions

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and Slack messages
  • Greets and assist visitors
  • Manages and coordinates administrative tasks, projects, and programs
  • Coordinates communication with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Uses computer software to create spreadsheets, manage databases, and prepare presentations, reports, and documents
  • Tracks process timelines and ensures task completion and follow-up.
  • Manages calendars and organizes meetings
  • Provides support to leaders and employees as assigned
Requirements:

Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • None – see Preferred Qualifications

Licenses/Certificates

  • Valley de-escalation certification as required by client interaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two years of office / administrative experience
