Job Offer: Scheduler Position: Scheduler Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description The Scheduler is responsible for maintaining strong client and caregiver relationships to ensure the delivery of a “best in home care” experience for both clients and employees. This role plays an integral part in coordinating caregiver assignments, ensuring accurate referrals, and supporting office operations. Key duties include scheduling caregivers, processing timecards, monitoring telephony systems, and assisting with payroll responsibilities. The Scheduler also performs general office coordination tasks, maintaining a positive demeanor and effectively multitasking in a high-functioning environment.

Responsibilities Verbal Communication: Answer calls professionally, take inquiries/messages, and serve as liaison between associates and the Office Manager.
Customer Focus: Respond promptly and courteously to client calls, receive referrals, and provide program information.
Adaptability: Assist with sales, marketing, and public relations efforts.
Decision Making/Judgment: Uphold integrity in all interactions, problem-solve effectively, and embody the company’s vision, mission, and values.
Organization: Coordinate caregiver schedules, maintain ClearCare documentation, and ensure complete personnel records.
Stress Management: Perform on-call coordinator duties, multitask under pressure, and maintain professionalism.
Likability: Interview and screen applicants, support recruiting and hiring, and foster positive candidate experiences.
Resourcefulness: Handle general office and clerical functions, and perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of business experience.
Strong office, computer, and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication abilities.
Knowledge of common medical terminology.
Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English as required for the role.
Availability for on-call duties outside of normal office hours.
