This role is a strategic, high-impact individual contributor position responsible for transforming workforce data into actionable insights that drive enterprise decision-making. You will design and deliver advanced analytics solutions that support HR and business leaders in understanding workforce trends, improving organizational effectiveness, and enabling data-driven strategy. Acting as a technical architect, you will lead the development of scalable dashboards, predictive models, and reporting frameworks that elevate the maturity of people analytics across the organization. This position requires close collaboration with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate complex questions into structured analytical solutions. You will also play a key role in shaping data governance practices and ensuring the integrity, accessibility, and usability of workforce data. This is a highly visible role that influences executive decisions and strengthens the organization’s overall people strategy.
- Translate people analytics strategy into high-impact analytical projects aligned with HR and business priorities.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Workday and Power BI.
- Analyze large and complex HR datasets to identify trends in headcount, turnover, internal mobility, and workforce composition.
- Develop predictive models and advanced analytics frameworks to support workforce planning and organizational decision-making.
- Partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, and business functions to define data requirements, governance standards, and delivery timelines.
- Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives, including data cleaning, transformation, modeling, and visualization.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement of reporting processes and analytics tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Statistics, Data Science, Organizational Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 12+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce analytics, or HR data analytics roles.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, Excel, and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Proven experience designing and delivering Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- Strong background in data visualization, predictive analytics, and workforce modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of data governance, privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), and HR data compliance.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- US Citizenship required.
