1:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay: $18.00/hour
• $2.00/hour shift differential for hours worked between 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• 80 hours of PTO accrued in your first year

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up and clean packaging lines
• Cut bulk cheese blocks (up to 50 lbs) accurately
• Maintain production line speed as directed
• Inspect product weight and packaging seals
• Package products ranging from 7.5 oz to 50 lbs
• Ensure accurate labeling based on order requirements
• Follow sanitation procedures within the packaging department
• Record production and quality data accurately
• Maintain strong communication with team members and other departments
• Keep work areas clean and compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
• Basic computer skills preferred (training provided)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and work in the dairy/food manufacturing industry
• Strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Ability to list 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check

Work Environment

You'll be working in a food production facility where safety and cleanliness are top priorities. This includes following all food safety guidelines and working with cleaning chemicals as part of sanitation procedures.
