You will define and execute the vision for next-generation Data Intelligence products, combining AI agents, data mesh principles, and modern governance approaches. You will lead and scale a distributed team of Product Managers while translating high-level strategic direction into actionable product roadmaps. Working closely with engineering and executive leadership, you will help build a unified, AI-native data platform designed for Global 2000 organizations. • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Data Intelligence solutions, aligning closely with executive leadership and long-term company strategy.
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of Product Managers across Europe and the US, fostering high performance, innovation, and execution excellence.
• Oversee the development of AI-native capabilities, including AI agents for data discovery, governance, and intelligent automation of data workflows.
• Translate strategic product vision into clear technical roadmaps and execution plans in collaboration with engineering leadership.
• Act as a key liaison with Chief Data Officers and enterprise clients to understand their needs and support digital transformation initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) to position the product as a category leader.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure alignment on cloud-native architecture, AI/ML capabilities, and scalable system design.
• Drive the evolution of data intelligence from traditional metadata management toward AI-driven, automated, and self-service data platforms.
• Influence product strategy through market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 4+ years in a leadership role managing Product Managers.
• Deep expertise in the modern data ecosystem, including data governance, data cataloging, data quality, and data mesh principles.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and AI agents, with the ability to apply them to real-world data problems.
• Proven ability to translate strategic vision into detailed product roadmaps and technical execution plans.
• Experience working in both fast-paced startup environments and large enterprise or corporate structures.
• Strong technical fluency with cloud-native architectures and data platform ecosystems.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with enterprise customers such as Chief Data Officers.
