You will work across global medical affairs, HEOR, and R&D functions to ensure scientific rigor and innovation in study design and analysis. Accountabilities:

  • Oversee statistical strategy for secondary and tertiary clinical trial publications, including post-hoc analyses and advanced data interpretation
  • Partner with HEOR teams to support evidence planning for payer engagement, HTA submissions, and value demonstration strategies
  • Define and apply advanced statistical methodologies for real-world evidence studies, including observational methods, Bayesian approaches, and bias reduction techniques
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of biostatisticians while ensuring delivery quality and consistency across internal and external resources
  • Support Integrated Evidence Generation Plans (IEGP) and ensure statistical rigor across study design, execution, and dissemination
  • Present study findings to internal leadership, external stakeholders, and scientific communities, including conferences and regulatory discussions
  • Drive innovation in statistical science, incorporating AI/ML, data visualization, and novel analytical frameworks into evidence generation strategies

Requirements:

  • PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative field
  • Extensive experience in biostatistics within pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical research environments
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing statistical teams
  • Strong knowledge of drug development processes, regulatory expectations, and payer/HTA evidence requirements
  • Expertise in clinical trial analysis, real-world evidence methodologies, and advanced statistical techniques
  • Proficiency in SAS and strong understanding of CDISC standards and data models
  • Experience supporting HTA submissions and integrated evidence generation planning
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills across scientific and executive audiences
  • Ability to conduct independent methodological research and solve complex statistical challenges
  • Passion for innovation in statistical science and its application to improving patient outcomes

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $248,000 to $372,000 depending on experience and location
  • Eligibility for annual discretionary cash bonus or incentive compensation
  • Long-term equity incentive opportunities
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Flexible paid vacation policy
  • Remote-first working model across multiple eligible locations
  • Opportunity to contribute to global, high-impact medical and scientific research programs
  • Exposure to cutting-edge methodologies in AI/ML, real-world evidence, and advanced biostatistics.
