The Host/Hostess is the first and last impression of The Ice Plant, setting the tone for a warm, polished guest experience. This role greets guests with genuine hospitality, and ensures smooth flow of service in the dining room and bar.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests with a friendly, confident presence
Manage waitlists, and table flow efficiently
Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, and management
Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting host stand and entry
Provide accurate wait times and thoughtful guest updates
Assist with guest needs, questions, and special requests
