This role is a high-impact growth position focused on driving user acquisition and scaling performance marketing channels in a fast-moving, data-driven fintech environment. You will take ownership of affiliate and influencer marketing strategies while also contributing to broader growth initiatives across digital and offline channels. The position requires a strong mix of analytical thinking, commercial negotiation skills, and hands-on execution across multiple partnerships. You will operate in a highly autonomous environment where experimentation, speed, and measurable impact are key. Working closely with international teams, you will help shape market expansion strategies tailored to the Spanish market. This is an ideal opportunity for a performance marketing professional who thrives in dynamic, high-growth settings and enjoys building scalable acquisition engines.

Accountabilities:
  • Define, execute, and optimize the affiliate and influencer marketing strategy for the Spanish market, ensuring alignment with acquisition and revenue goals.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of affiliate and influencer networks, including partner sourcing, relationship management, negotiation, and performance optimization.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis on acquisition performance, profitability, conversion rates, retention, and partner effectiveness to support strategic decisions.
  • Own reporting for growth channels, presenting insights, performance trends, and strategic recommendations in weekly and monthly business reviews.
  • Develop and improve processes related to attribution, tracking, payout structures, and budget management for partnership channels.
  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, content standards, and regulatory requirements across all partner activities.
  • Design and execute additional growth initiatives, including co-marketing campaigns, offline activations, and social media collaborations.
  • Identify and test new experimental growth opportunities to expand user acquisition and brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing roles or fast-paced marketing environments, ideally within agencies or growth-focused companies.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing affiliate and influencer marketing programs.
  • Proven ability to build and scale partner ecosystems within the Spanish market.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, or advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating commercial agreements including CPA, CPL, and commission-based structures.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required, with strong professional English for international collaboration.
  • Strong partner management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term external relationships.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable growth initiatives.
  • Highly operational and proactive problem-solving approach, with strong attention to detail and execution speed.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience in fintech or banking environments is a strong plus.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package with strong career growth opportunities in a leading European fintech environment.
  • Fully remote-friendly culture with flexible working arrangements.
  • Annual personal development budget and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Home office support budget and employee wellness perks, including fitness and language app discounts.
  • Premium banking subscription with additional benefits for friends and family.
  • Relocation and visa support for eligible candidates.
  • High autonomy in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
  • International team with diverse backgrounds and strong collaborative culture.
