You will play a key part in translating complex product offerings into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with customers and distribution partners. Working across product, sales, brand, research, and analytics teams, you will help define go-to-market strategies and ensure consistent messaging across channels. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from market research and competitive analysis to launch planning and performance tracking. You will also contribute to leadership communications, helping align stakeholders around key initiatives and outcomes. - Develop and refine clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging for property insurance offerings across marketing channels
- Translate consumer research, data insights, and market trends into actionable marketing and product strategies
- Support the planning and execution of product launches across multiple distribution channels
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and underserved customer segments
- Collaborate with brand, media, and creative teams to develop effective marketing assets and campaigns
- Build presentations, performance summaries, and strategic updates for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Manage and support diverse marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines
- 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, or related roles
- Strong ability to translate technical or complex products into clear, customer-focused messaging
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with product, sales, and marketing teams
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and storytelling ability
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and insights to drive decisions
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Adobe, or similar marketing/analytics platforms is a plus
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Annual salary range: $68,500 – $115,600 based on experience and qualifications
