Linen Attendant at University Health System- San Antonio – San Antonio, Texas

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with and carries out linen room activities and related tasks necessary to receive, store, issue and distribute clean laundry for University Health. Oversees the competent, efficient and timely performance of duties and assignments. Complies with University Health Laundry Department policies, procedures and regulations. Cares for and uses equipment and supplies properly. Ensures the cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas. Maintains good guest and working relations.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or its equivalency is required. At least six months experience in similar positions in hospital laundries is preferred.
