Pay: $38–$40 per hour

What You’ll Do (aka your superpowers):
? Visit HCBS clients every 60 days to keep them safe, stable, and thriving
? Provide Delegated Nursing Task (DNT) training to caregivers
? Monitor wellness & follow up on changes
? Collaborate with Case Managers to support client success
? Serve clients on the FE, BI, and PD Waivers
? Help people stay safely in their own homes where they want to be
