Role Summary:

The Chimney Install Helper supports the installation team in completing residential and commercial chimney system installations, repairs, and maintenance. This position assists with job preparation, material handling, tool setup, and cleanup while learning the technical and safety aspects of the trade. The role requires physical labor, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead installers with chimney system installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Load, transport, and organize tools, materials, and equipment for each job.
• Prepare work areas and ensure they are clean and safe before and after each project.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures, including proper PPE use.
• Learn and apply basic trade skills under supervision, progressing toward independent task completion.
• Provide general support to field crews to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition.
• Represent the company professionally at all times through appearance, conduct, and communication.

Position Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs and working at heights.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Pass Drug and Background Screening

Schedule:

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with Saturday availability required during peak seasons
