Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Female Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) to perform diagnostic imaging procedures and ensure high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will operate imaging equipment, follow safety protocols, and work closely with physicians and healthcare staff to support accurate diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays in accordance with physician orders
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly
- Operate and maintain radiologic imaging equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure radiation safety standards and infection control protocols are followed
- Review and verify image quality for diagnostic accuracy
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff
- Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology
- Valid ARRT certification (required)
- Active state licensure (as applicable)
- Knowledge of radiographic procedures and radiation safety
- Strong attention to detail and patient-care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior clinical or hospital experience
- Experience with digital radiography systems
- BLS/CPR certification
