About This Position

At AeroFlow Technologies, we specialize in creating complex tube and duct assemblies using high-performance materials capable of withstanding extreme pressure, temperature, and chemical interactions. You can even find our products aboard NASA’s Space Launch System and in the F-35 fighter jets. That’s the level of quality and innovation you’ll be part of when you join our team.

We are seeking a Sales Manager to take ownership of the commercial order lifecycle across multiple operating locations. In this role, you will ensure customer contracts, purchase orders, pricing, and agreements are negotiated, confirmed, and executed with precision and commercial integrity.

You will work across a wide range of stakeholders — including estimating, sales, customer service, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance — ensuring that backlog, sales pipeline, and customer commitments are well-managed, on-time, and accurate.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are energized by ownership, accountability, and detail, this may be the role for you.

So, what will you be doing as a Job Title?

  • Managing the order book to ensure complete and accurate data related to confirmation, ship dates, and changes
  • Tracking bookings, backlog, revenue, material requirements, and customer commitments
  • Coordinating with estimating and inside sales to ensure accurate pricing and quotes
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customer contracts, negotiations, and amendments
  • Proactively communicating status, risk, and issues to internal teams and leadership
  • Leading document preparation for new orders, modifications, and contract reviews
  • Driving standard processes, pricing discipline, and CRM pipeline accuracy
  • Ensuring compliance with customer terms, internal approvals, and risk controls

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial sales support, revenue management, or order administration
  • Direct experience with aerospace, industrial manufacturing, or engineered-to-order products strongly preferred
  • Experience negotiating contracts, pricing, delivery schedules, and order changes
  • Strong systems capability (ERP, CRM), with accuracy and follow-through
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities in a high-demand environment
  • Strong analytical capability and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a solutions-focused approach
