Your analytical skills will help guide purchasing decisions to optimize spending, ensuring operational excellence and competitive advantage in the market.Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives that align with corporate objectives and operational needs.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and manage long-term contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Procure a wide range of goods and services, including IT equipment, professional services, and facilities management.
  • Conduct rigorous supplier performance evaluations and scenario analysis to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Optimize spending and contribute to significant cost savings through effective sourcing strategies.
  • Improve supplier relationships by maintaining clear and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering (Required)
  • 4-7 years of experience in enterprise sourcing, particularly in Engineering, Construction, and Facilities Maintenance (Required)
  • Experience in strategic sourcing, including development and management of category strategies, RFP/RFI development, and contract negotiations (Required)
  • Proficiency in negotiation and managing contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms (Required)
  • Strong analytical skills to assess procurement data and make informed decisions (Required)
  • Understanding of market trends and business principles relevant to procurement and supply chain management (Required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting in sourcing activities (Required)
