Shift: Day shift
Schedule: M-F 6am-2:30pm. Overtime Opportunities available as schedule allows evenings/weekends.
Job Summary: The Operations Coordinator provides comprehensive support to the Director and ensures smooth daily operations across all areas of the Food & Nutrition Services (FNS) department. This position serves as a resource for staff, assists with compliance and quality initiatives, and helps maintain efficient workflows in patient services, retail café, catering, and production. The role is designed to foster collaboration, uphold regulatory standards, and enhance service excellence throughout the department.

Regulatory Requirements:
- Illinois Food Protection Manager Certificate preferred.
