Brothers Concrete Construction is seeking a skilled and dependable Flat Crew Foreman to lead our residential flatwork operations. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in the field, communicates clearly, and knows how to deliver top-quality concrete flatwork on schedule. If you have proven leadership experience, strong layout skills, and a passion for building from the ground upwe want you on our team.

• Supervise and lead the flat crew on residential concrete projects.

• Interpret blueprints, site plans, and layout instructions to guide project execution.

• Communicate job expectations and progress with management and crew members.

• Coordinate daily crew tasks, schedules, and equipment use.

• Ensure the quality and precision of flatwork including driveways, slabs, patios, and walkways.

• Monitor site safety, enforce compliance with safety protocols.

• Maintain a clean and organized job site.

• Solve issues quickly to keep the project on track and on budget.

• Report progress and challenges to company leadership.

• Minimum 5 years of flatwork experience in residential concrete construction.

• Strong leadership experience and ability to manage a team.

• Proficient in reading blueprints and using layout tools.

• Clear and professional communicator with team and clients.

• CDL is beneficial but not required.

• Experience with Total Station equipment is a plus.

• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
