Brothers Concrete Construction is seeking a skilled and dependable Flat Crew Foreman to lead our residential flatwork operations. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in the field, communicates clearly, and knows how to deliver top-quality concrete flatwork on schedule. If you have proven leadership experience, strong layout skills, and a passion for building from the ground upwe want you on our team.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead the flat crew on residential concrete projects.
Interpret blueprints, site plans, and layout instructions to guide project execution.
Communicate job expectations and progress with management and crew members.
Coordinate daily crew tasks, schedules, and equipment use.
Ensure the quality and precision of flatwork including driveways, slabs, patios, and walkways.
Monitor site safety, enforce compliance with safety protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Solve issues quickly to keep the project on track and on budget.
Report progress and challenges to company leadership.
Minimum 5 years of flatwork experience in residential concrete construction.
Strong leadership experience and ability to manage a team.
Proficient in reading blueprints and using layout tools.
Clear and professional communicator with team and clients.
CDL is beneficial but not required.
Experience with Total Station equipment is a plus.
Must be dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
