The position also translates enterprise priorities into actionable programs, driving adoption of AI-driven tools and ensuring measurable outcomes. You will manage complex digital initiatives, bridging strategy and execution, while fostering alignment between business and technology teams.Accountabilities

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple concurrent digital initiatives, including ecommerce platform enhancements and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverable tracking for global program visibility.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business, marketing, and technology teams globally.
• Support digital initiatives related to ecommerce platform optimization and system integrations.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to ensure visibility into progress and performance across programs.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business or related field is required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in program or project management within digital or ecommerce environments, with minimum 3 years leading a team.
• Experience managing initiatives across ecommerce platforms, preferably with Shopify Plus or similar.
• Strong understanding of digital commerce architecture and marketing technology.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira & Confluence is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to influence others and build strong partnerships.
