You will manage complex digital initiatives, bridging strategy and execution, while fostering alignment between business and technology teams.Accountabilities
- Lead the planning and execution of multiple concurrent digital initiatives, including ecommerce platform enhancements and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverable tracking for global program visibility.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business, marketing, and technology teams globally.
- Support digital initiatives related to ecommerce platform optimization and system integrations.
- Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to ensure visibility into progress and performance across programs.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelors degree in business or related field is required; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management within digital or ecommerce environments, with minimum 3 years leading a team.
- Experience managing initiatives across ecommerce platforms, preferably with Shopify Plus or similar.
- Strong understanding of digital commerce architecture and marketing technology.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira & Confluence is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to influence others and build strong partnerships.
