- Develop and execute joint marketing programs with integrator and technology partners, including planning, execution, and performance tracking
- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned partners, leading meetings, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring outcomes
- Manage partner portal engagement, including content, certifications, users, and permissions
- Translate GTM priorities into actionable partner marketing plans and campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop joint value propositions, messaging, and positioning for partner solutions
- Support partner-aligned product launches, including content creation, campaign execution, and go-to-market activities
- Execute account-based marketing campaigns in collaboration with Sales, Partners, and Marketing teams
- Plan and manage awareness, thought leadership, and demand-generation initiatives with partners
- Track, measure, and report on partner marketing performance, pipeline influence, and engagement metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve partner marketing scalability, consistency, and repeatability through playbooks, templates, and processes
- 47 years of B2B marketing experience, including 23 years in partner, channel, or alliance marketing
- Experience working with integrator, reseller, or technology partners in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder marketing programs and collaborate cross-functionally
- Strong understanding of partner GTM motions, including co-selling, co-marketing, and ABM strategies
- Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns (webinars, content, events, digital campaigns)
- Ability to analyze and report on campaign performance, pipeline influence, and partner engagement metrics
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to represent the company in partner-facing conversations
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
