- Manage governance and control activities across business areas
- Implement policies and initiatives to meet governance guidelines
- Act as a technical lead on key control initiatives
- Develop and implement processes for data quality verifications
- Create metrics to support the Governance & Control framework
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve risk management
- Lead projects that require substantial resources and expertise
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, and control functions
- Advanced knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
- Ability to interpret complex business challenges
- Experience leading and executing multi-functional projects
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytical tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams
- Proficient in MS Office and industry-standard applications
