You will collaborate closely with various departments and the provider network to resolve any claims-related issues. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards in claims adjudication and training staff. This position is essential for ensuring efficient operations and enhancing the overall workflow of the claims process.Accountabilities

• Lead and enhance the Medicaid and State funded claims processing services.
• Collaborate with Claims Processing Assistants and various internal departments.
• Engage in all aspects of claims adjudication and reporting.
• Train staff on essential claims processing duties.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the operational claims system.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED with six years of relevant experience; or an Associates degree with four years of experience.
• Valid drivers license and must reside within North Carolina.
• Experience in claims processing, particularly with State-funded and Medicaid claims is a plus.
