In this role, you will lead the architecture and technical strategy across multiple innovation streams, focusing on AI Products Delivery and Innovative Software Engineering. Your expertise will shape secure, scalable solutions while embedding Responsible AI and platform governance. This position offers an opportunity to impact the organization's digital future significantly and to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment with business goals.Accountabilities

• Define and communicate architecture vision and standards for AI, application, data, integration, and security.
• Make tenant-level AI decisions regarding tools selection and data management.
• Develop and maintain an enterprise LLM playbook including model governance.
• Author reference blueprints for Conversational AI and orchestration.
• Translate business needs into end-to-end solution designs.
• Architect Power Platform Core concerning environments and access controls.
• Co-design Citizen Development operating model and implement risk mitigations.
• Embed observability using tracing and define Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Mentor engineers and foster a framework-first delivery culture.
• Engage stakeholders and present architecture and results to leadership.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years in enterprise/solution/AI architecture with hands-on delivery.
• Expertise in Azure AI, Copilot Studio, and RAG pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture and integration patterns.
• Proven governance experience in enabling citizen development at scale.
• Experience implementing Responsible AI principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
